Thank you for considering my services for your face painting needs. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Liability: The client is responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for the face painting services. The face painter will not be held liable for accidents, damages, or injuries incurred during the event.

3. Design Selection: The client may choose the design(s) to be painted on their guests, but the face painter reserves the right to refuse any design deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

4. Hygiene: The face painter will follow strict hygiene procedures, including using new brushes and sanitizing equipment between each client. The client must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them and agree to abide by them.
